I used to have an account on the ANXPro platform. How do I access my funds?

If you still have funds in your account, please email us at with the following information:


  • ANXPro Log In Name [email]

  • Past 2-3 transactions record (withdrawal/deposits)

  • Selfie and Passport/Photo ID

  • Proof of Address

  • Wallet Address


Depending on your responses, we may need to ask you further questions or seek additional information. 


What are the fees for withdrawing my funds?

Any requests to withdraw will incur a fee of 1% of the total value of the withdrawal or USD100.00 (whichever is higher), to provide for the costs associated with such withdrawals. 


You are also reminded that your fees for your account were changed with effect from 1 April 2021 (as previously notified to you and subject to the terms and conditions governing your relationship with us) and that these fees continue after the ANXPro platform ceases to operate.


 Your fees include: 

  • Account maintenance fee of USD 30.00 per month for each account user;

  • Inactive account fee of USD 30.00 per month for all accounts which have had no activity for 6 months or more.


For the avoidance of doubt, any fees will be charged in either fiat or virtual asset as determined at our sole discretion.  The rate of conversion will be determined at our discretion as set out in the schedule of fees.


Why do I have to pay fees to get my funds back?

As shared in several communications since July 2020, after the closure of the ANXPro platform, fees will be charged to withdraw remaining funds to cover the administrative and operational costs of the withdrawal.  


To avoid such fees, we encourage you to withdraw your funds before the closure of the ANXPro platform.


Are my funds safe?

Yes! All your funds are currently safely being held.
