IMPORTANT NOTICE TO INACTIVE ACCOUNT USERS

Unless otherwise defined, the capitalized terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the terms of use (the “Terms of Use”).

 

Reference is made to the announcement dated 30 August 2021 that the ANXPro platform has ceased operations and it became non-accessible with effect from 30 September 2021.

 

IN RESPECT OF ALL INACTIVE ACCOUNT USERS, PLEASE READ THIS NOTICE CAREFULLY AND CONTACT OUR TEAM FOR WITHDRAWAL OF THE REMAINING POSITIVE BALANCE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

 

CLOSURE OF INACTIVE ACCOUNTS

 

According to Clause 12.1 of the Terms of Use, where an account has not engaged in any activity (including but not limited to no transactional activity) for a period of not less than 30 days, ANX reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion to determine that the account is no longer active (the “Inactive Account”).

 

Pursuant to the notice dated 30 August 2021, ANX restricted access to, or close the Inactive Account on 30 September 2021 (the “Inactive Account Closure Date”). Whilst there is a positive balance associated with the Inactive Account, ANX will impose a monthly Inactive Account Fee (as outlined on the Announcements page on https://www.anxpro-closing.com/ as updated from time to time).

 

According to Clause 12.1 of the Terms of Use, please note that, where ANX closes an Inactive Account, and following the application of any Inactive Account Fee, if there is a positive balance (either in digital assets or fiat currency) associated with that account (Unclaimed Assets), ANX may take the following further steps at its sole and absolute discretion in accordance with the following timetable:

 

AMENDMENTS TO THE TERMS OF USE

 

It is proposed that the Terms of Use shall be amended with effect from 1 January 2023.

 

With effect from 1 January 2023, Estima Global Limited, a company incorporated in the British Virgin Islands (“ANX Successor”), shall assume all rights and obligations in place of ANX under the Terms of Use. In respect of the Inactive Accounts and the Unclaimed Assets, ANX Successor shall take the same steps as set out in clause 12.1 of the Terms of Use. The Users shall contact ANX Successor directly after the Inactive Account Closure Date in respect of the Unclaimed Assets.

 

Upon the amendments to the Terms of Use taking effect, ANX shall discharge all its obligations under the Terms of Use and shall cease to have any interest or liabilities arising from the Unclaimed Assets under the Inactive Accounts.

 

Subject to compliance with our know your client procedures, you are advised to withdraw your positive balance (including the Digital Assets) as soon as practicable on or before 31 December 2022], failing which any of your remaining positive balance will be handled at the discretion of ANX Successor in accordance with Clause 12.1 of the Terms of Use.

I used to have an account on the ANXPro platform. How do I access my funds?

If you still have funds in your account, please email us at support@anxpro.com with the following information:

 

  • ANXPro Log In Name [email]

  • Past 2-3 transactions record (withdrawal/deposits)

  • Selfie and Passport/Photo ID

  • Proof of Address

  • Wallet Address

 

Depending on your responses, we may need to ask you further questions or seek additional information.

What are the fees for withdrawing my funds?

Any requests to withdraw will incur a fee of 1% of the total value of the withdrawal or USD100.00 (whichever is higher), to provide for the costs associated with such withdrawals. 

 

You are also reminded that your fees for your account were changed with effect from 1 April 2021 (as previously notified to you and subject to the terms and conditions governing your relationship with us) and that these fees continue after the ANXPro platform ceases to operate.

 

 Your fees include: 

  • Account maintenance fee of USD 30.00 per month for each account user;

  • Inactive account fee of USD 30.00 per month for all accounts which have had no activity for 6 months or more.

 

For the avoidance of doubt, any fees will be charged in either fiat or virtual asset as determined at our sole discretion.  The rate of conversion will be determined at our discretion as set out in the schedule of fees.

Why do I have to pay fees to get my funds back?

As shared in several communications since July 2020, after the closure of the ANXPro platform, fees will be charged to withdraw remaining funds to cover the administrative and operational costs of the withdrawal.  

 

To avoid such fees, we encourage you to withdraw your funds before the closure of the ANXPro platform.
